Although you may think I'm talking just about jiu jitsu that's not the case. It applies to you job, family, personal life & every aspect of your life. Only surround yourself with people who want to be champions. Be careful of those who just talk about it and are not willing to put in the work
It's not a easy journey but the rewards of this lifestyle far outweigh the pain it takes to get there or the results of just doing nothing.
