Kick Boxing Class With Jarrett Becks

Patience

                     Patience

Patience is the state of endurance under circumstances without acting in anger or annoyance, especially when faced with long term difficulties.
In today's world we all are use to getting instant gratification when trying to accomplish a goal or reach an objective. We must accept that all good things take time to reach. If our goals were easy to reach, we would take no pride in what we accomplished. Everyday is a test in patience. We have to wait in line at the store, wait on hold on the phone, wait behind a slow driver. We drive fast to get where we are going, but do we know where we are going? Patience is one of the most valuable virtues of life. Proverbs 25:14-16 " End of a matter is better than the beginning. & patience is better than pride."
So today when you are trying to hurry up and get something done, relax and think about things and put everything in perspective. Don't do things in hast, strive for perfection In all that you do. Remember Rome was not built in a day and all good things come to those who wait.

Are You Willing To Sacrifice?

Sacrifice

Def- to forfeit, the act of losing something. To have surrendered or lost in order to gain an objective.

Are you willing to sacrifice for a goal you are trying to reach? Most people are not willing to sacrifice for what they want, they would rather achieve by the easiest way they can. But, anything worth having is worth giving up everything for. Anything that is easy is usually not worth having. So what are you willing to sacrifice?

What's it take to be great? First you must see yourself as great, if you don't believe in yourself, nobody else will. It starts from deep down inside your heart. So start believing.
No training for this Reaper(woke up sick). Rest of Crew must hold it down.

Most the time when the dog barks at you that's all it is. Their true colors come out when you bark back.
